Here's the recipe for the toner
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. honey
1 tblsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbslsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup water
60ml neroli hydrosol
60 ml witch hazel water
1 tsp. glycerin
5 drops of grapefruit
Mix all ingredients together in a bottle and shake well to mix. Make sure the honey has melted. A good tip is to heat some of the water up first and put the honey in shaking well. Then add all the rest of the ingredients.
How to apply the skin toner
Simply shake the bottle well before each use and then with a cotton wool apply to the skin and neck every evening.
