Is It Skincare Or Skin Care?

Well that is the question that Shakespeare didn't ask!!!  Skincare or Skin Care?  Never you mind about "To be or not to be"!  And the answer?  I hear you ask.  Well both are correct although some dictionaries, such as Webster, prefer Skin Care.  So that's it in two words.  Google answers to both, don't you Google?  I personally prefer the one word.  And you?
