Breathe, Just Breathe
Don't forget to breathe. It's really important to breathe, but to breathe profoundly and consciously. So breathe, just breathe!!

The Benefits of Deep Mindful Breathing
We all must breathe as it's a natural function and without breathing we'd die. But it's learning to breathe deeply into your Hara that's more important. The benefits are numerous:-
- It aids in the elimination of stress. Deep conscious breathing into your diaphragm will reduce stress, help you relax and reduce anxiety. If you're ever in bed at night and you can't sleep, you should try focus on your breathing and counting to 5 each time you inhale and exhale. You might find yourself waking up in the morning wondering how and when you got to sleep. You simply nodded off.
- Breathing deeply into your Hara will not only help you relax and reduce tension but it will also make you feel better physical with more energy.
- It can also help your immune system to work with you.
- It also lowers your blood pressure and heart rate.
Tips for Helping You to Breathe Mindfully
Sit comfortably somewhere. This can be a chair or your bed. Make sure you back is straight and not slouched. Hold your head up and relax your arms by you side.
Breathe in through you nose making sure that both nostrils are open. You can test this by putting a finger on one nostril and then breathing in through the other. Make sure there's no obstruction there. In that inward breath make it go down all the way to the tummy (abdomen) (Hara). Keep it in for a few seconds.
Let this air out through your nose until every last breath is gone.
Keep your thoughts in check not allowing them to dominate. Let them pass through.
Relax. Breathe, just breathe!!
