Beneficial Properties of Bentonite Clay in Deodorant

We have a natural cream deodorant which contains bentonite clay along with other ingredients, such as, cocoa butter, shea butter, beeswax and arrowroot.  The bentonite clay in the deodorant serves many purposes:-

• It absorbs odours (along with the arrowroot)
• It eliminates toxins that accumulate around the nymph nodes
• It draws heavy metals out of the skin
• It can be soothing to the skin

Switching to a Natural Deodorant

Switching to a Natural Deodorant might take time for results to be seen.   Your body gets used to one kind of deodorant and the bacteria that is created in response to that deodorant may differ from this new bacteria that is allowed to form with the new deodorant.  This bacteria is beneficial to you in the long run so give it time.  After maybe a period of 3 weeks you might begin to see that your deodorant is really working.  And more importantly, it's natural and therefore not damaging your body, in the process!!
