Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits For The Hair
Apple cider vinegar is not only good for your general health it is also great for your hair and scalp. I always recommend using apple cider vinegar on your hair after washing it with our shampoo bars. It seems to bring down the ph balance and leave the hair shiny and healthy looking. I've been using our own shampoo bars for years now and I always reckon that because my body is so used to this shampoo in bar form, I don't need the apple cider vinegar. It works perfectly well on my hair and the hair of my husband and two boys. That's all we use. But if, in the beginning, you're going through that transition period of getting used to the higher ph balance of a shampoo bar, then apple cider vinegar is your answer. It helps eliminate that frizzy problem
But not only for the reason above would you use apple cider vinegar. It is a tonic for your scalp, being mildly exfoliating and thus helping with hair growth. It keeps unwanted bacteria away and it prevents dandruff forming. It also leaves the hair looking shiny and healthy.
